AJ Foard, Vice President and Managing Partner After graduating from Clemson University in 1998, AJ began his career in residential construction. Over two decades, he has worked his way up through the construction industry and earned the reputation as one the very finest builders in the Charlotte region while becoming an Accredited Master Builder by the North Carolina Home Builders Association and South Carolina Home Builders Association. In addition he is a Certified Green Professional by the NAHB and a LEED Green Associate by the USGBC. He is known for his impeccable attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of a better way. AJ oversees all construction operations for the company and collaborates on long term strategic planning.
