Robert Bowers, Co-founder and Managing Partner After graduating from the University of South Carolina in 1985, Robby began his career in the residential construction industry. In 1994, he co-founded Arcadia Homes with Michael Salamone and for over two decades he established himself and Arcadia as one of the most respected builders in the Charlotte region. Robby is known for his construction expertise but also his seemingly easy way of developing relationships. Beyond construction, his community service and charitable efforts highlight his career. Robby provides decades of invaluable experience and wisdom to the company’s construction operations and is heavily involved in project management.
